I have not received a confirmation email. No replies.
Please note that replies on weekends and holidays are basically the next business day.
You may not receive the email in the following situations. Please check the following first.
- There is an error in the e-mail address input.
- If you use free mail such as gmail / yahoo or junk mail folder setting, it may be judged as junk mail.
- Especially in the case of mobile phones, it seems that filtering such as "Receive specified domain" and "Reject PC mail" is often used, so please cancel it.
Please make settings so that you can receive e-mails from @ casemaka.com, such as in the domain-specific reception permission settings.
In our shop we usually reply within 3 business days, so if there is no reply, some error may be considered.
If you do not receive the e-mail, it is very unfortunate that the e-mail delivery status to the customer cannot be ascertained here, but please contact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org].
* Because the e-mail magazine and e-mail automatically sent when ordering have different transmission systems, there is a possibility that only the e-mail from the customer support representative will not arrive.

If you are a registered customer, you can check the order status and purchase history in your account after placing an order.
Can I cancel or change order?
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to products after placing an order.
In case of cancellation or change due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us before payment.
In the case of cancellation or change after shipping, we can not respond.
Can you issue a receipt?
We provide electronic receipts. Please note that other certificates will also be digitized.
If you need it, please contact us as soon as you make a payment.
I want to place a large order, can you give me a discount?
We also accept large orders.

Can you do cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery orders will not be available for a while. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is it possible to extend the payment deadline?
In principle, if you do not pay within 10 days from the date of your order, your order will be canceled once.
If you contact us in advance, you can extend the payment deadline.
Can I specify a shipping company?
Our shop has two delivery methods, Sagawa Express and EMS. You can select it to your liking.
Can I specify time delivery?
It can be specified for Sagawa Express. Please let us know in the comments or email.
If you want to specify by EMS, you can contact the post office yourself and specify the delivery time.
In addition, there is a forwarding and redistribution service when you are away. You can request re-delivery within the desired time using the slip number.
